About These Terms

Welcome to Le Haus. By accessing and using this website (“Site”) and our membership services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms provided during the membership registration process. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

 

Membership Information

  • Founder Membership is a one-time payment granting access to 30 nights of accommodation annually at Le Haus properties across the Caribbean and other curated destinations.

  • Membership includes exclusive benefits such as priority booking, concierge services, and invitations to special events, as outlined in the Membership Agreement.

  • Membership does not confer any ownership, equity interest, or real property rights. It is a lifestyle membership only.

  • Memberships are transferable and inheritable subject to terms in the Membership Agreement and an administrative fee.

  • All bookings and stays are subject to availability. Additional services (e.g., private chefs, excursions) may incur separate fees.

 

Pricing & Fees

  • Founder Membership Fees:

    • Individual: $90,000 USD

    • Joint: $120,000 USD

    • Family/Corporate: $190,000 USD

  • No annual dues or maintenance fees for Founder Members.

  • All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Membership Agreement.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

 

Website Use & Content

  • The Site and all materials (text, images, branding) are owned or licensed by Le Haus and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may view and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

 

Property Portfolio

  • Properties and destinations shown on the Site are illustrative. The Le Haus portfolio evolves over time, and availability is subject to change without notice.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Le Haus is not liable for:

    • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the Site

    • Damages caused by your access or inability to access the Site

    • Losses due to third-party service failures, travel disruptions, or force majeure events

  • All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

  • Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to extract data
